We have a flat rate shipping rate regardless of how many items you order.
When shipped, you can choose either shipping as tracked & insured or untracked and uninsured.
We ship within one week from order. Most of the times within two weekdays.
Returns and faulty items
When we pack our miniatures we check them to see if all is ok and the cast has no faults. In the unlikely event we might have missed something, you are encouraged to write us a message and tell us what problem you are experiencing.
If item is damaged in post then we will of course send replacement part to you.
We send in a very sturdy box and send with bubble envelope, so every box received should be in great condition. If item is sent uninsured we are unable to replace a box with a dent in it or a bent corner (or similar damage), but do drop us a line either way as we would like to hear from you what happened and see if we can do something to rectify this or future shipments.
We are happy to accept returns of unopened boxes if they are in great condition, but are unable to accept opened or damaged boxes (unless damage has happened in shipment). We will not be able to refund shipping amount, but we will of course refund full value of miniature.
You We accept payment by Paypal only on our webstie and use the PayPal business application to process payments, as such no credit card information is stored on this website.
